it is book which is easy to read and comprehend, clear logic how to transform urban spaces, but at the same time how to transform people in cities to became more friendly.I'm will use it in my lectures of Urban Design at Faculty of Technical Science, Department for Architecture and Urbanism, University of Novi Sad, Serbia.

This book will help you see things beyond your eyes and use your mind to see the beyond.

Lerner does well pointing out those small things that make urban living what it should be. A lively existence full of every day experiences. Thanks for reminding me why I choose to live in the city.

Good and entertaining suggestions for focused ways to bring improvement in cities without spending billions. The title is rather odd, but makes sense when you read the book.
