Amazing! This product is a miracle worker for constipation. I've tried many different remedies over the years; most have had no effect. Specialized cleansing herbal tea would work for me, but I found myself often resisting preparing it due to the foul taste and extreme painful cramping I knew I would have to endure. nbpure Mag07 is life-changing. I love that it is so easy to take, and it cleans you out with little to no cramping or side effects. Sometimes it will take me a day to kick in, and other times it works within 6-8 hours. I usually take 2 capsules and wait a few hours. If nothing happens, I take another two; by the third dose, I'm usually ready to go. If you drink more water, it tends to work faster. I also like that you don't need to take it constantly. I seem to remain regular for a week or two before needing another round of capsules. I've purchased twice from this company, and both bottles had the same quality and results. This would also be an excellent product to use during a cleanse or fast. I can not recommend this product enough. I am so thrilled that I've finally found a quality product that actually works and is consistent -worth every penny.

I take 4 but I been doing this for a while you should take 3 (read the bottle for recommendations) 4. Drink lots and lots of water, Gatorade ect.. to keep hydrated 5. I recommend maybe once a week to see how your body reacts, after a day im regulated but everyone different 6. Cleans you out the next day if constipated 7. This product was recommeded to me after I had tried several different laxatives over a several-months period of time. The products I tried were over the counter. One didnt really help, another was still too powdery after stirring it in water, another was so strong that I had to "go potty" several times during the day, the liquid one contained potassium cloride, and I'm having to really watch my potassium levels, and another was gummies, which my doctor said just doesnt provide enough of the active ingredient since it IS a gummy. This Mag07 product is an easy to swallow pill and all natural, none of the issues lissted above. I only take 2 per night, instead of the suggested 3, and it works great!

I am on two different medicines that make it so I can't go to the bathroom. This is the only thing that works/helps! It works overnight like it says, and it doesn't make my stomach hurt like other medicines do. I have tried so many different things but this is the one that I know I can rely on to help me without fail!

Urgent care. Same day care. My primary care physician. Two suppositories. Three, if you count the one I had to take out after a few minutes. Seven max doses of stool softeners. Miralax. Liquid magnesium citrate. Four other separate medications. Over a week. Absolutely nothing. I was wondering at what point I was going to need to go to the ER because I was so uncomfortable and in so much pain and hope that they could do something for me. *This* was what helped.
