I love these electrolyte packets. I have tried so many other popular brands and could never consistently drink them because they were either too sweet or too salty. These are PERFECT. I brought a pack of them with me on vacation to Greece and my entire family ended up wanting to drink them daily. They dissolve into the water so that there isn’t any odd texture, they don’t have bad chemicals, additives, or dyes in them, and the flavors are really delicious. I really think they help you feel more hydrated, we would drink them morning and night after being on the water and in the ocean all day and drinking in the sun. I swear these help keep hangovers at bay. This is now my second time repurchasing (I’m obsessed with the grape flavor), and they are definitely going to be a staple in my household pantry.

I am 80 and using this very low sodium, sugar free Electrolyte product has been a game changer. My persistent dizziness was gone in 2 days and my independence and good quality of life are back. My wonderful doctor checked me out thoroughly including bloodwork and suggested I try electrolytes for the dizziness as everything was in the normal range. Easily found, this alternative to high sodium versions of electrolytes, comes in many flavors, small and large scoopable containers as well as individual packets in groups of 20 including multiple flavor packs. If you have to watch sodium intake I highly recommend this product. Grape and Lemmonade are my favorite flavors.

I have these in many different flavors. It's how I start my day. Personally, I don't need even a full packet. I empty half of one into a huge glass of water first thing each morning and drink it. They are great for travel, and for keeping a couple stashed in your purse. Some flavors of this brand I don't like at all, but many I do. And I appreciate that they're keto-friendly, too. I have these on my Subscribe & Save. When I was in Sicily this summer, I kept them in my day bag and would give them to other walking tour members and tour guides who didn't know about them.

Tastes fine, I’ve been trying and rotating with a couple other stevia based electrolytes as well. Less cramping after hard workouts and the taste is good. Will keep using this to avoid hamstrings cramps.

Great taste. Great for hydration and mixes well. Dissolves easily. Not as salty as cheaper ones.

Esta es particularmente de las mejores que he probado, de delicioso sabor y excelente para recuperarse. Las uso de viaje, para el gym, cuando me enfermo, cuando hace mucho calor y sudo mucho. Los sobres son compactos y le quedan perfecto a una botella de 500 ml. Son caras pero se siente la diferencia.
