Love how evenly spaced they are, however next time instead of filling all of them up I'm going to try to skip every other row. I don't have a convection oven and all of my macarons were done on the outside except the ones in the middle of the sheet. My guess is that there were too many or too close together. They do clean up super easy. However on the downside when I first used these they bowed up in the middle where they were folded. I soaked them in hot water and I'm storing them flat so hopefully that won't happen again.

Love the macaron molds. Made it effortless to create perfectly even macaroons. Not a big fan of the silicone material though. It does not clean easily. I have hand washed, dishwasher washed, spot cleaned... It just has this impermeable greasy film that I can always draw on with my finger.

I made Macarons , I liked that they had ridges but I’ve used them three times each time the bottoms of the cookies came out gummy. Cookies cooked on a different type of mat cooked fine, same oven same time.

No muy buena inversión

Almost all my macarons stuck to the mat. Had to be careful even after thoroughly cooling/ drying them had to peel them off and then some still brokeI was disappointed as I liked the part they’d all be the same size. I returned them and will be going back to using parchment paper.

Read the reviews before I ordered it and was worried about the reviews that didn’t give it a very high rating. Want to let everyone know that the product is great! I had no problems removing the Macarons from the mat.

I had to return these because the macarons stuck and it actually keeps them a little soggy and not crisp.
