It arrived with burn marks and a control that did not work. We returned it and got a replacement pretty quickly. The replacement works great. So far so far!

Have purchased electric blankets as gifts for family but this one stands out due to its' controls. Some e-blankets use controls that only increase temp and to lower you have to cycle to turn off then choose a lower temp setting. That is a problem because it is not unusual to start at a higher temp to warm the bed and lower it for sleeping. Two things stand out for this e-blanket:* has up/down buttons to control temperature* control panel has a bright light to read temp setting but quickly shuts off light (as a light-sensitive sleeper this was a major plus feature)Highly recommend.

Okay, Softness?: Yes, so soft, it is slippery. I wake up in the middle of night cold because the blanket is on the floor. I've learned to place it between to blankets so it doesn't slip. Comfort? Not really. You couldn't snuggle up on the couch and read a book with it - Too thin. I have flannel sheets thicker than this blanket. It is advertised as flannel. Oh no. It is 100% shiny polyester. Washable? Sure, if you were able to disconnect the power cord from the blanket. I've tried and no such luck. You must need super hero strength to squeeze the sides together to release the cord. Now for the part I love. The controls are perfection. 10 hours of heating time. Wowser! Love it. Heats up quickly. There is an on/off switch. Easy to adjust hours of heating time and heating temperature.

UPDATE: 2/14/23I'm still loving this blanket a year later! But since it's been such a cold winter, I now have the timer set for 1.5 hours so I can pre-heat the bed for about 20 minutes or so. It is nice and hot when I get in bed! And I fall asleep so fast because I get warm so quick. But I do use a blanket on top to retain the heat.The heat just escapes if you don’t have another blanket on top, but I think this is the case with all E blankets. This one on high gets SO hot! I set the timer to shut off in one hour, otherwise I’d wake up in a pool of sweat, with the blanket still powered on, but kicked off me while asleep. No more wasted electricity. I only need heat to fall asleep, not all night.I love how soft and silky the blanket feels. It does sneak off the foot of the bed though. The cord is heavy at the end, so that’s probably why. I automatically pull it up when I wake up.The timer stays at the setting you put until you change it. The heat stays at the same setting. All I have to do is turn it on and forget it. I don’t even have it on my night stand because I don’t need to check it while in bed.The light does go off. You just hit the timer or heat buttons to see if it’s on.I washed my blanket on gentle when I got it. Dried it on low. It was fine. Just make sure it’s fully dry before plugging in the cord.You need to connect cord to blanket first, then into the outlet. It won’t work if you reverse the order.I bought this blanket for the timer. I’m very happy with it as I don’t like scratchy blankets.

I was very excited when I found this for the price it was, I wanted to get something that was bigger than a throw, machine washable, and tumble dry safe but not over $70, something that looked nice with good reviews, and that's hard to find. It's working great, cozy, settings work fine. It does have a plastic smell when you first open it, as expected, but it went away in one night of use. So far, I had been very satisfied with what I've received, only have been using it for 3 days, and not washing it; but I just crawled back into bed, and my finger went into it, the seems are coming apart in some places. I'm kind of annoyed, at this point of winter in the house I'm in, with the health condition I'm in, going a couple days without one again in order to return it and get a new one would give me a really hard time, so I'm gonna end up sewing it. Other than that, really great blanket with little wait time for it to warm, just check the seems and make sure everything stitched okay if you purchase.

Really soft and worked well.

This is wonderfully warm. Worked fine with no issues. I ordered it the day before winter storm Elliot was to hit and it was on my bed the next night! Yes you can feel the wires through the cloth but I have it on top of a sheet and another thin blanket so it doesn't bother me. I have had several of another brand that is well-known and they did not last very long. Hopefully this will last because it is working just great now. I like that the auto timer lets you pick how long to keep it on. The highest setting I have used is an 8 and that is plenty warm. My kitty cats won't stay off the bed now lol. This was a great price for a great blanket.

This twin blanket is a 62x84". I was really confused looking for an electric blanket because all sites were calling the twin blankets as 50x60" when a twin bed is 38x 75". I decided not to buy the smaller blanket on other sites at 50x 60" long as people were saying it wasn't quite long enough for a bed. Upon receiving the blanket I realized there is an overhang on all sides without coils but the coils are only 36" wide. This was important as we have a king size bed and my husband didn't want the heat on his side. It's all worked out perfectly and the blanket is supersoft and easy to use with the blue light going out to not have a glow at night. One can feel where the buttons are if you want to adjust at night or the blue light will come on when you adjust it. I just leave it fully on or off.

Keeps the user very warm. Warms you up when cold

J'ai acheté la couverture, il y a quelques mois et elle s'est arrêtée de fonctionner subitement. J'avais aussi remarqué que par moment, même à la température la plus basse, c'était trop chaud.. insupportable. J'ai écrit au vendeur mais aucune réponse.

Enjoyed the blanket and it’s warmth until it stopped working after 5 months. Hoping to get a replacement or refund but not sure how to go about it.
