GREAT! also...FIT GUIDE 4 “HALF SIZER”
Amazing!!!!FIT GUIDE FOR “HALF SIZERS”I usually wear a size 10.5 but (Chaco) doesn’t have half sizes so I had to go try some on to get an idea of what I needed before I bought them cheaper on amazon.... Anyways, I got a size 10 because these run a quarter/half size bigger....also I usually like my tennis shoes/sneakers to have about a quarter/half inch of extra room in front of the toes.. if you are a half size shoe like me and like your normal shoes to fit how I do.... order the half size under your normal...example: if you wear a 9.5 order a 9This is my preference... not everyone will like their Chacos to fit the way I do...Plus if they don’t fit you can always send them back! Also these take about a week or 2 to fully “break-in” don’t freak out if the toe strap is a bit tight... it will eventually get better... trust me....

Toe Strap or Not to Toe Strap - That is the Question
This is my first pair of Chacos and I couldn’t be happier! I went with all black, my size, and the toe strap. There is debate on whether or not the toe strap rocks or not, and I tell you this now reader - the toe strap is the shizzle! I honestly got it because of the added style the toe strap offers, but honestly out of other sandals I’ve worn without toe straps I do see a significant improvement in functionality. First off, they don’t flip or flop which is lovely. Secondly, they are more secure to your foot so walking in them is easier as they stay in place. They take 2-3 days to break in, but once you wear them around the house for a bit you will be good to go! I had to get use to walking in sandals because I’ve been a flip flop guy for so long, but after a couple days I got my footing and am very satisfied with this purchase. I love the toe strap - and I think if you’re looking for an awesome fitting sandal with some personality then get it! If you’ve been debating - get it. Worse case scenario is you can also pull the strap for the toe down and not wear it. Really happy with my first pair of Chacos!

Chaco fit - love it or hate it. I love it.
Chacos are divisive. People tend to either love or hate them, though most haters just don't like the looks and haven't really worn them. They're heavy and a bit stiff at first. The straps seem smooth but are a bit rough on the skin. They're annoying to adjust sometimes, especially with the toe loop, and they tend to tighten on their own as you walk. But wear them for a while and they begin to settle in. The sole flexes more easily. The straps soften and stop tightening. The Classic Z is a heavy duty hiking and water sandal. It's my favourite fitting footwear of all time. It's not meant to be "minimal". The fit hasn't changed since I bought my first pair 13 years ago - it's wider in the toes, though not super wide, and holds my narrower heel reasonably snug. They're still kinda heavy, but you appreciate the amazing underfoot protection and arch support they provide. They're everything birkenstocks do well and add what they lack: flexibility, good grip, and easily washed to get rid of any funk. And trust me, your old birks (and feet inside them) really do stink and you'll never get that smell out without ruining them.I've now moved on from the Z1 to the Z2, and just love the toe loop. I was worried at first it would annoy me, but it makes the fit more stable and prevents the front from getting caught under things in your way. Chaco does it well.So if you're on the fence about Chaco fit and mostly wear tight fitting shoes, you're in for a big change. All I can say is that you need to give yourself some time to get used to it, especially the toe loop. But you'll be glad you did.

Absolutely love them. Never thought I'd find a good replacement ...
Absolutely love them. Never thought I'd find a good replacement for my old Alps sandals, but these are the ones. The toe loop takes some getting used to; and the foot bed is probably going to feel a little strange at first, so expect a little discomfort in the first few weeks. But stick with it and the payoff is huge. I use these as hiking shoes, water shoes, climbing approach shoes, and casual shoes. I occasionally find myself wishing they had a slightly stickier rubber compound on the sole, but there is a trade-off between grip and durability, and these seem to be a pretty good balance between the two. I expect these to last for many more years before I have to get them resoled.Very highly recommended for all around use, extremely high quality construction, and a company that actually cares about their products and the people that buy them. These sandals feel like an old friend to me already...

Straps are semi adjustable!!!
So, I’ve always wanted a pair of Chaco sandals mostly because of the toe strap on the “Z2.” When I got these sandals, I put them on immediately and thought… “well, they say they’re supposed to ‘break in’. “ The big toe strap was so tight it made me claustrophobic when I wore them. One day while camping, I explained this to my older sister (46) and she explained to me that all the straps on the sandal are actually just one strap and can be somewhat adjusted, that made all the difference and now I love these sandals! I’ve always had Teva’s but now I’m a Chaco man!

Finally a navy blue straps sandals
I've been looking around 1 year for a pair of mens sandals in navy blue, that happened to be quite a challenge.I've found this Chacos by casualty in a REI store in Winter Park, FL last week, I've tryed on (I'm a solid men's 9) and then took picture of them and let Alexa do her internet magic to find them for me here on Amazon.Well, Alexa did her job so well, that after 3 days I got my new pair, plus, with an 11.oo $ discount over Chaco's full MSRP price! 🤭👍

Cheaper sole
I bought a pair of Chacos last year and loved them. Decided to get another pair, these ones seem like a cheaper quality sole on them even though they were the same price as my other pair. Will see as time passes, but I wouldn't buy them again.

Best Summer/water/hiking sandal ever!
Love Z2 Chacos. This is my 5th pair in the last 20 years. I wear these sandals from March through November every year and love them. High arch support and great foot cradle.

Strap too long and buckle not at same high
The straps are too long and are touching the floor. The buckles on both the right and left sandal are not at the same hight. The buckle on the right sandal is located too high up and can not be adjusted.
