got as a bit of a weight loss aid, time will tell how well it works for that, however this is very effective at generating perspiration in quantity.trousers are a very high waist, top a low waist so no exposed midrift, wrists, neck and ankles are elasticated, not tightly but enough no ventilation gets in as well.on a reasonably acceptable 22C day it got very warm inside, wear something under you do not mind getting wet because its going to. think adding with an exercise bike would be effective.the material is a decent thickness, I suspect anything that rubs against it with an edge could start a tear, fixable with tape though. its like wearing a very heavy duty bin liner, but a bit thicker stiff.

This item broke in the first use even though they state they are anti-rip. Best of all Amazon ask for a very unhygienic item to be returned even if it is covered in sweat. 😂😂😂 do not buy this item it is not worth the hassle - unless you only purchasing for one time usage.

Nice thick good quality sweat suit, that's comfortable. Doesn't tear like the cheaper ones. Just makes sure that you wash on a cool wash and do not use a drier. Air dry only

Good suit works so well I’ve never sweated so much it does however rub when running and causes sores and the strength of the material isn’t the strongest I had good use out of my suit before it ripped and that was for the bin then but is a good suit for the price

Retains sweat really well, but not too durable

The Sauna Suit is a bit on the big side but it's fine once you have your training gear over the top of it. It's durable, lightweight, and makes you sweat profusely so it does exactly what it's supposed to. I've used it a lot and it's standing up to lots of wear. Would use this company again without a doubt.

Overall the product does what it should and i was happy with that part but unfortunately the quality for the price is very poor.After first workout the trousers split wide open.
