Great beach towels. Dry quickly, good quality, soft

I was looking for a towel to put in my gym bag that would be light weight because I use public transport. This towel is perfect! It’s also large, I’m a size 16 and it’s wraps around my body with towel to spare! I like it so much I bought another one for home. It takes up less space when folded. A minimalist dream. I think this would be great for camping too

I use this every time I go to the beach or pool. The colors are vibrant, the size just right, and it feels good on the skin. I lay the towel over my chair to keep my sun screen off the chair and or I spread it out on the sand to keep the sand off me. I take a second terry towel to dry off with when I get out of the water but you can use this to dry off with as well.

My boyfriend and I got two of these to go to Costa Rica. They are thin so fit well in our luggage. They dried us off relatively well - I was really surprised they could dry us off OK because they're thin but I guess the cotton is still somewhat absorbent. The towels were fine for laying down on on the beach. The sand didn't stick to them unless wet - it seemed relatively easy to shake them off. They're also really pretty; I'm happy with the colors we got. They also make good decorative cloths - I could use them for something else, like a cloth draped on a shelf or hung on a window - now that we're home but I'm saving them in case we go anywhere with beaches again and want to just bring carry on luggage again. Even though we got them sandy with even wet sand they look really nice still. I'm happy they're cotton too - more natural than synthetic fibers.

I had been reading about Turkish towels for a while and did not quite understand the hype. But, as pool season in Texas gets underway, I'm constantly annoyed with finding heavy, wet/damp terry beach towels all around my laundry room. So I went in search of Turkish towels that didn't cost a fortune. I ordered these and held by breath. My husband thought they looked more like a table cloth than a towel, BUT he loved how compactly he could load them up into the swim bag. They softened very nicely after a wash. The color and quality of the towels is great. Are they as absorbent as a terry towel? Well, no. But, they do the trick without being sopping wet. We have been careful to either line dry these when we get home or throw them in the dryer for a quick tumble to prevent mold. We will be ordering more!

This towel was one of the best purchases I made for a recent four week trip across Europe. It was soft, lightweight, and served several purposes. I traveled only with a carry on backpack with a detachable daypack and this rolled up super small and took up almost no space in my luggage. On the flights and in cold hostel rooms I used it as a blanket. I would frequently keep it in my daypack in case I wanted something to sit on in the grass at parks and if I got cold it made a great shawl. In the warmer climates it made a great beach towel. It was the right size to lay on and when it was time to dry off it did the job and then dried quickly. I love this towel!

Many reviewers mentioned they machine dry this thing. Did anyone notice the description under "Easy to Care" says: "Do not tumble dry on low"? Um, what? So it arrived today and here's a pic of the care label. The last symbol = do not tumble dry. Not sure what to do. It definitely needs to be softened and I will machine wash it, but not sure about machine drying. Advice?

I really liked this Turkish Towel, the weight and quality are great. My only complaint is that the color in the picture and the actual order were completely different. I ordered "Light Blue" which appeared Turquoise in the picture, but was Powder blue in actuality. Thats was my only disappointment with this order. Be prepared for discrepancy if you are ordering based on color.
