Subtle, durable, & effective
I've been using nicotine replacement therapies for ~5 years now -- not trying to quit that, just know that inhaling tar will kill me. I've tried a few different patches and these are my favorite:- They're a thin translucent film, rather than a bulky opaque sticker like Habitrol. My partner doesn't like seeing patches, and with these, they usually don't notice them. If you forget to take it off (eg wear for >24h) then it leaves some irritation, but that's true of all patches and this one is the most mild.- They stay on very well, I've never had issues with it randomly falling off. The fact that it's a smaller patch, and a thin film, helps keep it from wrinkling off the body as you move. In spite of that, no gunky layer when they come off! I usually put it on my ribs.- They've got the juice! This is a given, they're FDA- reviewed products, but it does in fact have nicotine and reduce cravings. I chew a ton of nicotine gum, but these patches are better for meals.

Does not leave sticky residue, helps urges
I have been on the journey to quit since Covid started, so have tried a few different brands. I like this one best because it does not leave a sticky residue that you can’t easily scrub off, plus it comes with a perforation in the middle so you can tear in half to lower nicotine dosage. It does not get 5 stars because I have not fully quit.

I don’t know why people are claiming there’s no nicotine
No it does not say it on the outside of the box but if you read the packaging on one of the patches it clearly states that there is 21mg of nicotine in it. Don’t listen to all of those reviews saying they don’t

Overall quite satisfied
I've been on the patch for a couple years at least now and only used Nicoderm. I tried Habitrol a while back but it did not stick well - maybe that's improved.Stickiness - These stick better than Nicoderm, straight up. I never had a problem with Nicoderm but these stick much better, I don't see how they would accidentally come offPackaging - The packaging is smaller and the individual packets can be easily torn open unlike Nicoderm.Color - these are a pretty ugly shade of yellow, but it's not like Nicoderm is truly invisible anyway.Size - These are a bit smaller than Nicoderm.Cutting - These come scored in halves and can be easily torn to take half dose. Protip - I have been cutting 21mg Nicoderms for years into halves, thirds or quarters depending on dose. Forget about Step 2, just cut Step 1 and save some money. They say you can't do that but it's total nonsense, they print these up in sheets and cut them themselves, it's total BS.Effectiveness - This ones a bit more subjective but they are in my estimation the same strength, but I think they do not last as long, they may be slightly quicker release, based on the intensity of dreams I have. I will generally take a partial dose then complete the dose later in the day.All in all I don't see myself going back to the name brand which costs easily more than twice as much.

So far so good
I am on week 3 and I have only cheated twice. Both times was when I was drinking adult beverages which is a definite trigger for me. Overall they are helping me. I get a twinge every once in a while for a smoke but can easily tamp it down and carry on. Just ordered another supply for the next month. I am doing this for my health and due to upcoming surgery.

Seems to work, "dosage" amounts are a little confusing
The box says "if you smoke 1 pack a day, use 1 patch a day". When I got these, I was already down to only 1-5 smokes a day, so I wasn't sure if I should use a whole patch immediately. I cut one in half, wore it for a day, didn't feel much. Then I tried a whole patch the next day, didn't feel much again but it seemed to take the edge off. I've been using a patch a day (which is supposedly 4X the amount I personally should need?) for about a week, and it seems to be keeping the edge off whenever I'm doing things that normally make me want a smoke more (e.g. driving). The effect isn't dramatic, but I think for someone who had cut back as far as I had, this was the right "potency" for me.
