these are really good. I don't have to wear deodorant when taking these. Just cleanse (bath/shower) and i am good to go. This is better than deodorant for me. With the humid and hot heat, deodorant only lasts a few hours. I have tried so many brands. With this, all day protection. Breath/body odor etc....this is a must have.

I ordered these recently to help me rid my body of toxins and to aid in reducing inflammation... they work :) I have been on them for just over 2 weeks and am noticing a difference in both a reduction of inflammation especially in my lower extremities as have noticed that my pores are finally opening up and allowing toxins and heavy metals to leave my body. I have PCOS and Arthritis so this has been very helpful.
