2020 Apple iPad Air (10.9-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB) Silver (Renewed)

I was a bit scared to order a refurbished iPad as it was my first time. The iPad was dispatched same day and delivered next day! After an inspection on the iPad I was really happy - there are no scratches at all and the iPad works fast! Camera is working better than my iPhone 11. The sound is normal and working. I was given a case, screen protector and a charger. Very happy with my purchase and the seller is very good! So for now all ok. Thank you!

Bought the IPad Air 4 256GB, there was a deal with the blue one that was £143 cheaper than the other colours.I chose the blue, it’s not like you can really see the colour when it’s in a case.Seeing there was around 70% 5 star and around 30% 1 star reviews I was a little nervous as to what conditions it would actually be in when it arrived.Not a mark on it, looks superb and so far works flawlessly, very very very happy.Was originally debating whether to get the current iPad Air 5 or current iPad 10th gen.But the specs of the air 4 are far superior to the current 10th gen.Sure the air 5 is a better spec but it’s also a lot more expensive. This is being used to upgrade my wife’s old 2017 5th generation and compared to her old model, it’s top of the range.One small niggle (but not small enough to lose a star), they sent the wrong charging cable, they sent the old style iPad/iPhone whereas the air 4 uses USB C.I’m sure they would send the correct one if I asked but thankfully my iPad is also USB C and I have some spare cables, plus my iphone uses the wrongly supplied cable so I have a spare.

The delivery was swift, the iPad came well packaged with a charger which I loved so much. It didn’t have any scratches and it was in perfect condition. I have been using it for months and I haven’t had any issues with it. Had to come back to leave a review!

Received the iPad in good time and was as described but within a couple of days, it would not charge anymore. Tried different chargers but made no difference. Contacted seller for a refund and was sent a label and told I had to pay for postage. I refused and asked Amazon for assistance, but was told to pay and they’d make sure I got a refund for the postage. Seller then said they would only cover up to £5 but that was not enough to send tracked and protected for the full value so I paid a tenner. Seller then took days to ‘test’ the device before it finally came back online and I could then remove it from my iCloud. I had to argue back and forth to finally get the refund issued 12 days after posting, thankfully he also refunded the full postage amount. It shouldn’t have been so difficult to get a refund for a faulty product and I didn’t receive a single apology.

The iPad arrived In the original box, including an official apple charger and brick. It did lack the leaflets which normally come in the box however unless you are unsure on how to use an iPad this wouldn’t be much of an issue, the device itself runs perfectly fine, the fingerprint sensor, buttons and screen are all in perfect condition with some minor scratches to the back of the device which wouldn’t be noticeable if you were using a case. I did figure out that other than when taking a video the microphone on the IPad does not work at all, when using FaceTime or Voice Memos the mic can’t seem to pick up anything buy loud sounds right next to it (even those only make a quite sound when played back) and when using the camera app to record the microphone doesn’t pick up sound for the first few seconds then after that it randomly starts picking up sound again, however this is the only time the microphone has, somewhat worked I have tried to contact the seller today and will update the review based on the response I receive.

Perfect! was a certified apple refurbished product, meaning it had new battery and casing! battery life was great, not a scratch on it and in perfect condition. came with original apple leaflet. didnt come with stock charger, but still came with a charging brick and a lead, which worked perfectly. Also came in the apple packaging, the protection sleeve over the screen so is a certified refurbished product from apple. couldnt recomend more, especially since this is the model i wanted and apple have stopped selling it completely! perfect!

I ordered this very scared of the outcome but it was very nice, it was almost perfect. I had slight problem with the type of cable given, i was given a lightning cable instead of USB-C. But overall the ipad is in very good quality, small dents and scratches but it's discontinued so for what it is, it's great. Wouldve been nice to be delivered in an actual box but it's great for the price!

I was hesitant at first as i didn’t know what condition it would turn up in, but it is safe to say i made the right choice. little to no signs of use. i’ve only found 1 tiny tiny chip (which i didn’t even see at first) and then two other tiny marks which are honestly unnoticeable. I have a case for it anyway so they’re hidden. it also came with a tempered glass screen protector. the battery life is great, battery barely decreases with use. like i said, basically brand new. only downside i would say is that it didn’t come with the official apple charger but i’m an able user so already had the real ones.

Bought this was a little nervous , since it wasn’t from Apple, but it’s Great! No scratches, dents, nothing great condition! Would highly recommend!

lo compre sobretodo por que en las reseñas decía que facturaban, al final no pude, a pesar de eso y de que pedí 2, y la segunda no venia con su cargador. me encanto! le doy 5 estrellas, por que el producto lo vale!

Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dall'esperienza con questo iPad ricondizionato su Amazon. In precedenza avevo preso un iPhone e, per questioni legate al venditore non troppo corretto, avevo avuto un'esperienza non proprio eccezionale. Ma Amazon ha saputo subito risolvere ogni problema. Invece, qui, è andato tutto al meglio, l'iPad è un dispositivo fantastico e l'esperienza di acquisto mi è piaciuta tanto, ho anche attivato l'estensione di garanzia e l'assicurazione per danni accidentali. Ottima anche la differenza prezzo. Come sempre, grande Amazon.

Alles funktioniert, ich kann ohne lag spiele spielen, es kriegt noch iOS updates, hab es seit Februar und bisher ist NICHTS schief gelaufen. Alles is perfekt.

Deja dans le marché de tablettes c'est clair que Apple (iPad) domine. Et ce n'est pas pour rien, en achetant cet iPad de 2020 plus de 4 ans après sa sortie, rien ne manque. Je peux regarder du 4K sans aucun problème, jouer aux jeux les plus intenses sans bugger (meme si l'iPad surchauffe un peu). Un iPad n'a pas besoin de plus de performance ni de batterie que celui ci.Sachant que je l'ai payé 450€ (en reconditionné excellent), il est vraiment en excellent état, je n'ai pas pu trouver une seule marque d'usure, il est impeccable, la batterie en état parfait aussi.
