This is a real deal snow cone machine adults beware you may use it more than the kids do. I am highly impressed.

This item makes ice chips not snow ice. The term snow cone implies that the ice will be cut down to snow like quality. This item makes small ice chips which means you have to chew the ice not let it slowly melt in your mouth like snow. I was so disappointed in this product. Plus upon delivery one the syrups had leaked all over the item box and delivery box. Syrup was shipped upside down opposite the ice machine.

I don’t write many negative reviews but it’s very frustrating when you buy this bundle purely because it comes with the syrup but each bottle comes leaking in the package... just as other reviews have mentioned.. I should have listened. This wasn’t a shipping problems but more of a packaging design issue. Also, the machine makes more of a crushed ice rather than snow.

The machine was good but the shipping was not syrups we’re packed to tight and one bottle leaked luckeit wS inside a second wrapper

The seller went out of their way to make sure this was delivered before Christmas. As a result, we had a very happy little 5 year old on Christmas day as this was one of the main things she asked for. It came very well packaged. It works great and makes delicious snow cones. I'm very happy I purchased this item from this company.
