Good sturdy product. Easy to assemble, easy to adjust. I'm a BIG boy and it supports me perfectly. If you're considering an adjustable bench, this is the one.

This is now my favorite place to exercise!
The media could not be loaded. Frankly, I usually don’t like to buy something on Amazon that don’t have any reviews, and at the time I purchased this bench, it didn’t have any. However though, after spending a few hours on Amazon looking through all of those available models, this one was the one that was appealing to me the most.GOOD 👍+ Solid construction but also lightweight, so can be easily moved around even using only one hand, using the provided handle.+ Easy to assemble, with only 3 screws to tighten.+ Leg lock, seat & back support are adjustable.+ Works perfectly with my body weight (260lbs), without any wriggling or twisting.+ Supports my back very well while exercising.+ Lock foam system for the feet also allows me to do my abs very easily.+ “Toolkit” pouch included, which contain all the pins-lock needed for the bench, along with a hex key.+ Very useful quick “pull & lock” system for adjusting the back.+ Fold-able, so it doesn’t take much space when not in use.+ Has a very useful handle that allows me to carrying it around effortlessly.NOT SO GOOD 👎- Seat & back will get quickly very hot if left outside under the sun for a few minutes, without anybody on the bench. In conclusion, I am very happy with myself for choosing this bench. Its solid construction, along with portability and easy storage, will probably offer me many years of exercises, and thus where ever I like in the house, without sacrificing space.

Great value entry level bench
For the money this is a sweet little bench. Sturdy for me(165lbs) and doesn’t rock around at all. All the adjustments for incline/decline are the big seller for me. Comfortable easy to clean pads, and not too big of a gap in between the seat pad and back pad. Would for sure buy again. (Never used the resistance bands)

Love it
i love this bench, its incredibly lightweight yet sturdy. Im 250lbs and i own around 300ish lbs of weight and this holds that just fine, the bands that come with it seem pretty decent, have owned this for a year now and the bands are still working great and so isnt the bench.

Not too shabby! A good starter
Another great entry-level solution for something. It isn't going to match up to an Olympic set of equipment (obviously), but it is going to be a great start for someone just getting into lifting weight, or someone in the middle somewhere even. Especially if you aren't using it to press. If you are using it to press on top of everything, just try to remember that max weight includes your own body weight. I know that sounds a bit obvious, but there have been plenty of cases where someone's math is suspiciously quite a bit off. Thankfully, the max weight of this bench is pretty high. I can't say if I'd trust going near the max weight, but if the most you are going to bench is a few hundred pounds, you're likely going to do great with this one.The resistant bands are a nice throw-in. Nothing mind-blowing, but you'll likely find yourself using them, even if it is just for a warm-up. Remember to only use them in ways that you are always sitting down on the bench (if they're connected to the bench). The bench has a little weight to it but isn't heavy enough to go up against you pulling on those bands. Nothing wrong with that since most benches aren't going to be heavy enough. It's just another example of things we've seen people do at the gym or at home in the past.So far though, this bench has spent a number of days in the break area where we have a growing collection of equipment for people to use in their free time. No complaints yet and it's been getting pretty of use throughout the day. Plenty of adjustment to it and it seems pretty sturdy for what it is!**If you have found our review helpful, please vote it as helpful below so we know. Best bench for beginners and intermediates
I prefer to workout in my room without going outside. I needed a good bench that I could use for basic to intermediate strength training exercises. I liked this bench the moment I set my eyes upon it and do not regret getting it. It's sturdy, easy to install and does not take too much space. The leather material feels good and it is sweat proof. It's like a complete workout solution for basic strength training. The adjustable knob is smooth and you can easily adjust the angle without any significant effort. I would definitely recommend this bench for people who are new to training and looking for a good bench to start with. It took me just 15 mins to set it up. It's quite stable without any wobbles or jerks. It's easy on carpets. Totally worth the price!

Once you take it apart, you can't put it back together
I love this bench. Let's start with that. I have used it 4 days a week for the past 6 months. Easy to use, compact. I moved and took it apart to put in the truck. Now I can't get it back together. The two major parts won't go back together. I've lost the last bit of patience I have with this bench. Why can't I find a manual online? We didn't even have a manual to put the few pieces together in the beginning.

Padding is a bit hard
PROs: Affordable and easy to assemble; comes with the tools. I'm 5'5" and the leg height is perfect. Having something to support my back while doing bench press is way better than having no support doing overhead press.CONs: The cushion is feels like it's made of rubber instead of foam. It's rather hard.Comes with 4 resistance bands that have little resistance; probably would be more useful for older ppl going through physical therapy in nursing homes.
