Excellent value, easy to fit.
These soft jaws are available in a number of different sizes and are easily formed to fit your vice, just clamp them in place and carefully whack them into place with a dead blow or other soft faced hammer. The soft aluminum faces make it less likely you’ll mar work pieces.

Great product
The set installed on the jaws of my vise easily, and it was just as easy to remove . I used my set to protect an automobile torsion bar that I clamped in the vise to work on.

Very soft aluminum, won't mar your finish
These things are way overpriced for what you get. But, that said, the do the job. You can bend them so they "snap" on and off your vise. I would have liked the face part to be thinker. Next time I will purchase a sheet of aluminum and make them myself with a jig saw.

Perfect fit for my 4" Wilton vise
I needed these to hold an easily damaged 1 1/4" Acme thread lift screw from an antique bookbinder's press I was repairing. My concern initially was that they would be too soft and get gouged up by the pressure of the threads. But though they held the lift screw securely, there was little damage to the caps when I was done. Perfect fit for my 4" Wilton vise.
