Need to keep charging
Cleans well but charge runs out much more quickly than in my previous Sonicares. Cerrated, oddly shaped head holder prong likely designed to prevent use of non brand brush heads, which will add to the overall cost of use.

Battery doesn’t hold
Have it for a year and writing this review just now because it drives me crazy, you brush your teeth twice and battery drained, so every day you have to recharge, so annoying. On the other hand I have another one, same model but made in Romania, feel like I never recharged it, battery holds forever, not like this one, made in China. Because of my experience with previous brush I kinda decided to get another one, as made in Romania sonicare is 6 years old and working well I thought it would be good to have one more on the side. So my advise, look for one that made somewhere else than China
