ScandiKitchen: Midsommar: Simply delicious food for summer days

Great cookbook. It is, however, the same book as ScandiKitchen Summer.

This is the second book I have purchased by this author. It consists of half desserts and half everything else. All of the non-desserts are light for the most part, clearly written, and relatively easy to make. As always the commentary is as enjoyable as the dishes themselves. We cook our way through books as written and are enjoying the journey as Midsommar approaches.
