Didn't expect it to be a liquid. Prefer to use a powder.

Used this to make chicken in my NuWave Oven, and it was really, REALLY good.Couldn't remember where I purchased mine, so just did a web search and amazon came up (I should have known they'd have it).Unlike another reviewer, I didn't find it mushy at all, and could not taste the mayo type of coating. Just wound up with nice, crunchy drumsticks.

We really liked this flavor. I cut the chicken into medallions then followed directions. This cut the cooking time some and all pieces were crunchy on the outside and properly cooked on the inside. There was some heat to the tomato coating but not overpowering. Quick and easy chicken meal for busy nights.
