Great for Vegetarians!
I have been using this product for a few days now and I have to say that I really like it. I am a vegetarian, so it was important for me to find a product that was vegetarian friendly, this one is! It is full of vitamins and nutrients that your body needs, and it gives you a small boost of energy as well. It is easy to add to yogurt or fruit smoothies to make them just a little more healthier. You get a good amount in the 11.3 ounce pack to use it at least once a day.
