Great product, perfect size, ergonomic handles, lid is a perfect fit with a knob handle. I have been using it for sautéing vegetables etc. have not used it for deep frying yet. Easy to clean. Using wooden spoons while cooking in this wok. Altogether a great cooking experience.

This deep fry pan is awesome! I have the 3.5 Kadai and wanted a larger one to cook bigger meals in and this one is perfect! I tried to take a few images to show you guys just how large this is next to a can of chicken broth. I was making Hoppin' John tonight so thought I would break in the 7.5L pot! It fried the bacon pieces perfectly, added the sausage then all the veggies. I cannot wait to make some favorite Curries and Cabbage Baiji as well as German Red Cabbage and other great food! It cleans very well, just like my 3.5L. I would absolutely recommend this for those wanting to deep fry (which I do not do) or for larger meals, even as a wok!

I've had this for 6 months now and couldn't be happier. I bought it because I was trying to learn to cook some Indian foods and it has served me very well in that capacity. I also use it for stir-fry. Its easy to clean if you put it to soak or clean it right away. The only thing I've seen really stick to it was when I browned some tofu, but I just wont use it for that again. It cleaned up fine, it just had to soak a while. The 3.75l was the perfect size for cooking up 6-8 servings at a time, not too big and not too little. So far the wood handles are holding up good and the anodized surface seems very durable. Very happy I spent a few extra dollars to get this one instead of something cheaper.

Updating my review: Cleaning the kadhai and using metal spoons are no issue. But the major drawback is that food sticks to it. No matter what you are cooking , it will just stick. was hoping for a non stick kind of feature with hard anodized stuff. My steel kadhai works better than this.---I ordered this kadai as it was hard anodized and all the previous purchases of non stick items haven't been good for me at all. I had couple of pressure cooker of same material and i am happy that i do cn use any kind of spatula with this. It a good product but not give you full feature as a NON STICK material and food get stick to it. I do indian cooking mostly, but its quite easy to clean it. Have used it quite a few time. So far this looks promising. I will update again after few months.

Bought this for an induction cooktop. However, it does not conduct heat well at all. One of the advantages of induction is how quickly water and other food will heat up. This one takes forever.Also, if food gets burned (due to uneven heating), it is a hassle trying to remove it.Had to throw it in the trash in less than 2 months of use. Going back to high quality stainless steel or carbon steel cookware.

I waited to write the review to first try and see it for myself.! I am really pleased with this cooking pan.! It is well made, strong and appropriate for most cooking. Heats up well and if you use well nothing sticks to it. You just use a bit of oil or butter and stir it well for sticking-free cooking.! If someone is looking for a better alternative for a nonstick and harmful coating free pan, this is the one to go for.! Overall it's a great buy and I can recommend it with confidence.!

I really wanted to like this good looking pan. As soon as I got it, I stir fried eggplant in it. I have stir fried eggplant in a Calphalon wok as well as in an All-Clad HA1 pan with great results, especially the HA1 pan. This pan does not even come close. I am really disappointed.

For customers who want to get out of Teflon, there is no better alternative, in my opinion. The hard metal is easy to clean with regular scrubs. The wide top helps in cooking and serving a dinner party comfortably. The wooden handles and top-cover holders are comfortable, as also presentable. For those worrying that fries may stick, this material helps avoid stickiness, while also not using Teflon. The hard metal avoids scratches and their visibility with aplomb. All in all, a perfect product, and a completely satisfied customer (the wife!).

This has been one of the best buys I have made in a long time. My husband received a curry book for his birthday and he wants to try every recipe in the book.It is advised that you use a Karachi because they have heavy bottoms and don't allow the spices to burn. I'm so glad that I did because these curries are actually better than any takeaway we have ever tried. I would recommend anyone who likes to cook curry to buy one and this particular one is perfection and so easy to clean.

The perfect Deep fry Pan-Wooden handle and connection area to Wok.. build quality is top notch. cant get a better build than this-Very easy to move off the burner due to the amazing handle-Heats evenly all around-The steel lid is very good quality just like the rest of the bodyIts a 2.5 Ltr deep pan so a tad heavy but the weight distribution between the handle and the body is perfect. cant get better than thisWorth the price for sure and will last years.On time delivery and very good packaging by Amazon so a big thumbs up for that.
