This 3 CD music mix collection is not bad, if your into Low Aerobic exercise music, this is the CD for you. Most of the tracks on this CD are in the 120-125 BPM, it would of been nice to have some faster Hi-energy dance music, to round out the collection. (Reminisence of going to the Club in the early evening, getting a table, ordering your drinks, chit-chattin with the girls, and waiting for the Real Dance Music to Start). If you wanna work off the big fat beer belly, get this CD and start sweatin to the Oldies!!!! This CD spans the decades of the 70's, 80's & Late 90's!!!!!!

The whole series of Glitterbox CD's are excellent and great to reminisce. I am gradually buying most of them!

I'm a huge fan of old disco and of house music too so this is my idea of heaven! Commercial enough to sing along to but not too commercial to be cheesy. Some of my fav tracks on here for sure!! Can't wait to go to their next London do at Ministry!!
