8 Risk assessment forms, a summary cover sheet & an info page.
This arrives in a resealable plastic bag with the pack further sealed in plastic inside.Everything is in A4 format with 2 holes punched for filing.Inside you get:1 A4 sheet with boxes to fill in a very short summary about each of the 8 included DSE Assessments included in the kit along with a box at the top to enter company name & address.8 copies of a 4 x A4 printed sides long assessment, printed on A3 then folded to A4 size & with 2 holes punched to file on (so all 4 pages are really one sheet which cannot be separated by accident). There appear to be some typos in the text which cost this one star because I wouldn't want to buy anything I used in a professional capacity that made me look stupid.e.g. Is THEIR adequate room for the user to change THEIR working position? My capitalisations. Finally there is a 1 page (2 printed sides) Information guide including an illustration which labels 10 things to look out for when assessing. This also included one sheet of heavyweight white card.I think this was to make sure the pages arrived in pristine condition which they did.The quality of the paper used for these is excellent, they are clearly laid out with space to write in info as required, but it does illustrate that spell checker is never a wise replacement for an editor.I do feel it's a bit overpriced for what is included.

Price seems excessive for what you get
Let’s get the obvious thing out of the way first: this pack is ridiculously expensive for what it is. You get a slim guide and just eight forms, so you are basically paying £2 for every 4-page form (it’s actually an A3 sheet folded twice). Two pounds. I have just looked on Amazon, you can buy 30 A4 sheets of gold leaf for less than that.I realise that these forms are not something you are going to be buying very often, but this seems like just a cashgrab. Why isn’t the government giving out these forms for free, or making them available for download? Now on to the quality of the product itself. Well, I can say it’s very good. Good quality paper stock is used, the diagrams and overall layout are very clear, and there are no errors or inaccuracies that I can see. They come in a resealable bag.If money is not a concern then this is a good product that does the job perfectly.
