Good batteries, decent price.
These batteries charge and work fine. Not sure about capacity (runtime) yet. I am using these in a RC transmitter for aircraft.

I thought these were a longer version with more capacity, but still good batteries.
Unfortunately, I did not have a device that fit these as they were shorter than a similar voltage type, so my application didn't work. I charged them up however in a special charging device that senses voltage needed. They took about 85 minutes to charge up, and I was able to test them on a battery checker I have. The readout said they were fully charged. I had nothing to check them with directly so I used an alligator clip and clipped the inside spring of a flashlight that used 3.7 volts, and taped it on the negative end. Then I held the other side to the switch end and clipped the screw on base to the barrel with another clip. I pushed the button, and it lit up fine. So, so I guess they held under load, I pushed the switch a few times to get the high beam, and it worked fine. I guess maybe these work with shorter flashlights or other devices. I have so many different types of things like this, I'm surprised I didn't have anything that took these short versions. They work fine, I may revisit this if I get a device this works with.

Short Life Span
I bought a pack of these batteries for my battery operated shaver/clipper. It works OK, but does not seem to actually provide the full voltage needed to run the device at top speed. Also, the batteries life span appears to be short -- I have used them about 3 times and already they are losing power and will not hold a full charge.

rechargeable batteries
i was hoping these were the AA sized rechargeable lithium ion batteries, but they are not. they are a size i dont even recognize, nor do i have in my house anything that uses them. my mistake for not noticing that i was ordering the wrong batteries of course. but i can charge them on the rechargeable battery charger i have, if i do ever find something that takes them. so theres that.

Only needed one for powering a device that took an option 18500 battery to act as a battery charger as well -- worked great.
