Great book
This book takes us back to the phase of India's Independence, the historic events from that time are being beautiful penned down in the starting as this book is a historical romantic fiction. The author has penned down the relationship between two characters, Abhimanyu and Meera.Abhimanyu is the middle son of Maharaja Uday Singh, the King of Ranakpour. He has his own list of goals to achieve in his life but while he is on his way to achieve those, there's a series of tragedies following him. While Meera is dealing with her own set of issues from her commoner's life. Both the characters meet and form a bond to cherish as love but they had to part away due to the situation and circumstances around them.Later both the characters meet but will they reunit like before or no?The book is full of emotional and feelings, it was a well paced plot with a good flow. The book is being layered nicely by the author. This is a perfect blend of historical and romantic fiction balanced with emotions and feelings flowing through it.The other characters involved in the plot are well penned too. Plus they have been given sufficient scope to contribute to the book. The language used is lucid. The narration is kept simple and easy making it a comfortable read for all the readers. I will definitely recommend this.

THE prince and THE nightingale by Abhishek Bhatt is an contemporary romantic story, A story of deep love and pure emotions. From the time of 1947 till now love have alott of restrictions they just call it blind but all they do is put restrictions to it.The story is all about vision and struggle and A true love of The Prince of Ranakpour and a commoner nightingale (abhimanyu and meera). From her first meet to their separation and they the destiny's magic the story is beautifully penned and the way author works on emotions and his plot creation is really admirable as it's his first novel. He penned down the whole story of two souls in just 26 chapters and while reading these chapters it got difficult for me to take a rest or move for work as the plot was so smooth and interesting.Overall it's really a worth reading. I enjoyed this journey of emotionsRecommend to all romance genre lovers...

An enthralling read which will garb the read attentions till the very end
The Crux: :🔖This is an amazing love story that revolves around the last prince of Ranakpour, Abhimanyu Singh and a commoner Meera Apte who had a background of a devadasi which happened during the Indian Independence. It starts with the eve of independence that begins with Nehru's speech and the scenes of the royal family of Ranakpour and the speech of king Uday Singh. Abhimanyu the last prince of Ranakpour moving to Bombay for his passion for cricket. He was born and brought up with royal restrictions. There he meets Meera, their friendship turns into deep love. In the middle he losses his beloved mother the only person who seems to support his love. Then he faced injury during a match where he lost the vision in one eye so he is moving to America for surgery. There they had a breakup due to royal restrictions where Prince cannot marry a commoner. Meera moved on following her passion for music. She struggles a lot during that time. Fate made them meet again. what happens to both of them is the remaining story.💫My Two Cents : 📍This is the authors first story but no one can guess that as his narration, language, and overall control in the story is just amazing, He never loses his grip and flow in the writing. The title and the cover page is very attractive which will grab a readers attention. This is not only the love story of two un equals. This is the story of India at the time of Independence where it was struggling with its newfound freedom. Go grab it soon if you love Independence period. Recommend this and for all the Indian freedom lovers.

Unforgetable read with a unique blend of romance, royalty, sports and art
Absolutely love this book. It is a clever blend of romance, royalty, sports and art. I picked it up wanting to read something over the next month to unwind myself from long days of work. It was so well written and so gripping that I just could not put it down! The plot is seemingly inspired by true events making it uniquely relatable. Although it is set in the mid-20th century era, the feelings, emotions, aspirations, and choices made by those great souls have no bounds. The eloquent and expressive language employed by the author makes the read and its lessons unforgettable.
