These are rubber and are quite flexible; they can be bent in half. They are quite durable. To clean I recommend a good stiff bristled brush.

Q: Do you have any problems with them sticking to the bottom of your glass?

Not at all. I put the coasters under my soap dispensers in kitchen , bathrooms, and for drinks. Have not had any issues with coasters sticking to glass.
