I attach this to a Manfrotto tripod for over head product photos. Feels sturdy and reaches far enough over that the legs of the tripod are not in shot.

A very good boom arm for vertical shots works great with my 3 legged thing tripod and ball head. It is sturdy and versatile with a bag to hold counterweights and enable a decent reach. Very pleased with it and would recommend it.

I had been using my Benbo trekker tripod for macro photography but found it was not sturdy enough for my requirements . This boom arm on my standard tripod is great.

I had to return this because the adaptor to connect to the tripod was faulty. However, even if this had been OK, the extension arm probably wouldn't have done what I wanted it for because the effective length was too short and it wasn't sturdy enough to support my Sony A7iii and lens.

Wir nutzen den Auslegearm für eine SONY Alpha 6400 mit einem 18 bis 135 mm APS-C-Objektiv an einem Cayer BV30L Videostativ zur Aufnahme von Details bei Doku-Video-Drehs. Alles sitzt bombenfest; da wackelt nichts. Da die Kamera-Objektiv-Kombi nur 750 g wiegt und das Cayer ohnehin unser Stabilitäts-Geheimtipp ist, brauchen wir natürlich kein Gegengewicht. Allerdings haben wir es nicht geschafft, den bereits in Richtung 3/8 eingesetzten Schraubenadapter herauszuschrauben und umzudrehen, so dass ein 1/4-Zoll-Anschluss entsteht. Dazu hätten wir eine Kombizange gebraucht, die das Gewinde möglicherweise beschädigt hätte. Wir haben daher. wie im Foto sichtbar, einen Adapter aus eigenem Bestand verwendet. Es wäre anzuregen, den Adapter mitzuliefern statt ihn bereits einzuschrauben.
