My Baby absolutely loves this toy. Uts great I feel the baby is safe and secure inside it. Now the problem, there is a strap that attaches to the back of the seat. Between the numbers there is a line of stitching to retain the metal clip when adjusting the height. Having changed the height with no problems I am now longer able to adjust the height as the stitching hasn't been done on the higher numbers. So either it's useless as the height cannot be adjusted or I'm going to have to stitch it myself with all the inherent worry of , is it strong enough. I'm pretty annoyed I didn't spot this when we purchased it. If you do buy please ensure uou check this part carefully or its a waste of money after a couple of months.

My 5month old daughter absolutely loves her bouncer! It is still a rather bulky item despite being described as a space saver but perhaps it is in fact smaller than other bouncers on the market? Easy to wipe clean including the sling bit the baby sits in. I bought this for £60 just before Christmas and as fab as it is i would say it is not worth the current £80 price tag so definitely worth waiting a little to see if the the price comes down again before buying

I received a faulty item which means I cannot change from 3 to level 4 request a return which was meant to have been collected yesterday nobody came to collect it but updated the system as if they tried to collect it, when I call customer service for an update they now saying that they will collect on next two working days and that the info they provided that collection would have taken place on next working day on they website it wrong is up to 3 working days instead also they cannot provide a time slot for collection! Total nightmare!! And to top all up the replacement came with the same fault and will take another two days for collection of faulty products.

It's so annoying that I have to spend time now returning it, time I don't have ☹️.UpdateI returned it and asked for a replacement, and guess what, replacement has the same faulty issues.

We got this for our sons 1st birthday, being premature means he is the size of a 3-6 month old baby and he fits perfectly and is able to touch the floor on the lowest setting , the overhead toys are a bit out of his reach but otherwise he loves being upright
