Several months ago, I purchased the new Vizio 2.1 model from Costco (Vizio SB3821-D6) and had my dog chew up the remote. I looked on many websites to find a replacement remote. I quickly realized that because the model I purchased was still very new, there were no replacement parts available yet. After speaking with Vizio customer service, I learned that this remote, which is made for the older model, should work fine as a replacement. There's a few extra buttons missing on this older remote, but I didn't use those features anyway so it works for me. Other than that it's mostly the same other than the layout of the buttons being slightly different.

So glad that I could find this remote here. My 5 month old puppy decided to make my original remote his new chew toy while I was out. This is a direct OEM replacement and works flawlessly.Sadly, my puppy decided to chew the replacement as well :( so I will be ordering another.

I lost my original remote during a move and ordered another one. It came the next day and its still working great.

Wanted a second remote for our soundbar. This was just as described. Came to me quickly. Worked right out of the package.

It worked for two weeks and stopped. Not happy. I changed the batteries and it still doesn't work.
