These sleeves don't get as hot as my tourmaline back brace does; it's a nice warming sensation. It's great for regular arthritis/stiffness. If you have major joint pain and swelling from an autoimmune disease like I do, it's may not be quite as hot as you'd want, but still provides relief

Comfortable

I've tried several things for my tennis elbow and this is the only one that makes my arm feel better. It's very good quality and the magnets are placed in the right places. Excellent product.

fit my needs

I have several tourmaline items and this is NOT one. There is no IR warming even after moistening the skin. Compression only! Very disappointed as I gave it to someone as a gift.

I was very happy with this. It really does help to keep the area nice and warm, which really helps my arthritis on days when it's bothering me. I purchased this and the wrist compression sleeves at the same time and I couldn't be more happy with them. I'm really not sure if the magnets really helped as much as just the warmth to the area. I don't care though... they helped me when I needed it and that's all that really matters to me! Thanks a lot for the great product!
