Very impressed! In genuinely excellent condition with no scratches and fantastic battery health of 96%, and a great price. This was after ordering an "excellent" condition iPhone on Backmarket which I had to return as it had deep scratches, as well as as a large chip on the screen, and it was really dirty - ughh! Try this seller instead.

Only had the device one week. All good so far. Battery life only at 73 per cent which isn’t great ! Thanks

When I got the phone I had a message as per the photo attached come up, I contact the company straight away but they said it would be fine but to let them know if it wasn’t. After about a month the screen started freezing. It did take me a couple of months to send it back as I had lots of birthdays and Christmas to organise but didn’t think it would be an issue as I had informed them of the message on my phone. I sent the phone back to them but they have insisted there is no issue and sent it back to me. It still keeps freezing, this is not user error as when I went back to my old phone there was no freezing of the screen.

I recently got a refurbished iPhone 12 Mini, and I’m really impressed. The phone looks and feels brand new, with no noticeable scratches or dents. The performance is excellent, with smooth apps and fast processing. The compact size is perfect for me and easy to handle and fits in my pocket without issue. Battery life is solid too. Impressed! Received phone overnight, at least 3 to 4 days before I expected delivery. Have not set up the phone yet but it is in pristine condition and as described (looks brand new) All accessories were included including a screen protector, charger and lightning cable. iPhone 12 mini is a nice size too. Easier to carry in a pocket. Hopefully the battery life will be good as my older iPhone eats up battery very fast. Time will tell.

Great phone good company would pay again

My normal phone is being repaired and so I needed another phone quickly for both business and private use. However the company did not deliver on the stated date - it came the day after. The morale of the story - don't rely on the 'advertised' delivery date and don't rely on updates on your Amazon account! Update: The iPhone arrived a day after the stated date by Amazon courier. That said, the iPhone is top notch, as described and in excellent condition with 100% battery. Well priced and almost 'as new'
