True to size, and pleased with shipping time. Easy set up process. However the sturdiness is subpar, my 3 year old fell off the top of the slide because it was to flimsy. It needs a stronger blower. It is not meant for anyone over 50 lbs and definitely not 2 children at one time. The company promised me a $20 gift card and when I contacted them to claim it they had stipulated that I needed to rate them 4-5 stars. And then proceeded to tell me I would be emailed with a gift card code which was never sent to me.

The air pump that comes with it is useless. You need a much bigger pump otherwise it collapses the moment a child over 30 lbs climbs on. Luckily we had a larger one from an older water slide. My 8 year old still cannot play on it though. It needs a few more loops to anchor it with. Especially on the slide side of it.The slide I received was also damaged. The way they fold it in the box caused a bunch of the Velcro straps to stick to the curtains of the bouncy house side and rip off.

Wanted to love this water slide for my 4 year old and 7 year old daughters but was quickly disappointed once we blew it up. My 7 year old weighs about 80lbs and she is fairly tall for her age and once she tried to climb the wall it kept on leaning over which was unsafe and definitely not enough support. Tried contacting seller but just got an automated email response. The material itself seems durable but I don’t know if the blower that was included was just not powerful enough or just a poor design on the slide...? This slide maybe fine for toddlers but not suitable for up to 10 years old like it says. Didn’t want I have to buy a stronger blower so just returned the item. ☹️

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  What I disliked is that the water line would not connect to my water hose, as the valve is stuck. When I contacted RenFox (by email-because there is NO customer service number), they instructed me to send a video. I did. (See attached video) Then, they told me that the slide had to be blown up to work (ya don't say?!) and sent a crappy drawn diagram of where to place the water line. I blew it up the first time and spent half an hour trying to figure out WHERE the water line went because the instructions that come with the set are VERY VERY VAGUE. THENNN when I tried to attach my water hose to the line, I couldn't. I spent another half hour trying to unscrew it. So far, I am not pleased with this product. Today, I attached my own water hose up top and my son had fun playing.

I am a 31 year old average build woman. I put this up myself in minutes. I attached a picture with my 6 year old for size comparison. I could go down the slide if I wanted too lol Very happy with this purchase! My son gave me 1000s thank yous today!

My kids love this! Easy to set up and doesn’t take much to set up. My 6 and 2 year old approve!

This bounce house is very flimsy. The blower is too weak for its size. My daughters that are 40 and 50 pounds sink into the fabric and it is almost impossible to actually jump in the house. I would stay away from this unit unless you have children that are less than 30 pounds and you only expect 1 or 2 children to be playing at a time. We returned this item.

Very simple and easy to set up. Was actually better quality than I expected!
