Good For Getting Back To The Gym After Mild Sprain
Rolled my ankle about a week ago, resulting in what looked like a mild sprain. I didn't get it X-rayed, but there was some swelling and bruising and it was challenging to put weight on for about a day or so but it started feeling better pretty quickly. I wanted to get back to the gym without re-injuring my ankle. This brace has worked pretty well for that purpose. I've been able to do jumping jacks and run a bit on it without any pain. The stability support is probably not good enough to help with a more serious injury, though. If you're coming back from a break or a significant strain you will probably want something that offers more stability. This is comfortable and flexible, though, and very easy to put on.

Comfortable support for ankle
This wrap was suggested to me by a physical therapist for ankle sprain. Gives good support and is easy to put on.

Decent Product, but Lacks Durability
If you’re looking for a mid-range product, this one works. However, in my experience, it started coming apart at the seams after just a few uses.

Compression
I have numerous ankle braces (fusion) and this one is the best. Good support and compression. It can be worn all day without feeling too tight.

Definitely Helps
I rolled my ankle, but I need to keep up with my young daughter, and this helps a lot. It took a couple days longer to arrive than it was supposed to, but it definitely helps a lot.A few tips:If you're active and/or sometimes have to play hurt, you should have an extra pair of cross training shoes/cleats/etc that is a half a size or a full size too big so you can wear a brace underneath if needed. That said, this support works even if you don't have a pair of shoes with that extra room.Wear an ultra thin ankle-length sock underneath to prevent rubbing/chaffing, or use body glide before putting this on. Depending on how you wrap it, you may or may not experience rubbing, so just wear a thin sock underneath and you don't have to worry about it.Wrap it so you get the support you need. You can wrap low, wrap high, wrap super tight, moderately tight, whatever. Try at least three different ways and then pick the one that works the best for your ankle injury. Yes, you can wrap this the wrong way, and if you do, it may not help (and it may make things worse). But I think there's always a way to wrap your ankle with this thing that will help. The key is to try a few ways and pick what works best for whatever ankle problem you have.An ankle-length sock or longer covers the support, and it's hard to tell you're wearing support unless you really look. Low-cut and no-show socks do not cover the support.Your Doctor/Ortho/PT/etc may not like this thing because it emboldens you to come back too soon, and you do need to be careful, so you don't overdo it. But if you can't jog because your ankle isn't right and you need to be able to jog, this might very well get you through. If your shoes don't breathe, think about getting two of these so you can alternate. It will soak up sweat. I don't ever wash supports like these, I just spray them with alcohol/spray hand sanitizer BOTH before I put it on AND after I take it off. Before you take this off, grab an ice pack or that bag of frozen peas that you're never going to eat, and elevate your ankle and ice it for 15 minutes immediately after you take this off. Use anti-inflammatory meds as needed.Again, this thing works. If this doesn't work for you, either your ankle is really jacked up, or you're not wrapping it right for your particular injury. Vary the location and the tightness of the wrap and find out what works. Once it's on, this is a super stable wrap, and it provides a lot of customizable support.

Wear and tear.
I bought mine 4 months ago. I wear them about 4 days a week, over the sock to prevent them from getting sweaty. Heal got a hole already. Not good longevity.
