I noticed a difference after the first use. Very happy with my results after just 2 weeks of use.The trays are super easy to mold and the directions are really well written to make that process so simple.

EDIT: my teeth arent really changing. Ive used it several times for 20 minutes. My tooth got a small chip shortly after using this a few days ago. I assume its weakening my front teeth. I cant confirm this but its really odd.I'm not getting fast results like other reviews I see here. But I've only used it three times, at different time increments. My teeth aren't really that yellow, I just noticed they're not as white as The whites of my eyes are. So I was hoping to get a more blue toned white on for my teeth, similar to my eyesThe first time I've only put the gel in the mold and left it for four minutes.Two days later I used a Q-tip to applied the gel to my teeth directly. I also put some in the mold and used it for 10 minutes. Nothing great happened. I think they got one or two shades lighter. Looks kind of uneven. The bottom of my teeth, or the ends are getting whiter, but near the gums it's still yellow. That part of the tooth is thicker though, so I expect it'll also turn white. Just make sure to focus it all the way up on the tooth, just make sure none gets on your gums. (If it does just get a clean toothpick and swab it off.)I still have plenty of gel left, so I can update this review. My advice is to use a Q-tip and put the gel all over The surface of your teeth, put some in the mold, and then use it. For the first time it it says two minutes only, but you can leave it in for more. My gums haven't felt burned, even though I know I've probably got some gel on my gums.Overall; I'm going to try to leave it on for the full 20 minutes every time. I'd say if your teeth were really stained, these might be frustrating for you.

The media could not be loaded.  i’ve ordered this 3 times now, the first time i ordered it is was great the 2nd time all of the paste in the tubes was out and the 3rd time i ordered it for my boyfriend and it was fine worked okay. my boyfriend ordered me one and the paste wasn’t even a paste it was like water and the light is iffy has some good some bad, won’t be ordering again

Results are really decent. It is easy to use and saves time. Honestly, it is worth the money spent.

This stuff is really effective. I drink lots of coffee and nothing seemed to get the yellow out of my teeth. So I tried this. The first time I used it it freaked me out to be honest. I have never used something like this before, so I was very surprised with the almost bubbling feeling when you put your molds on. *probably the bubbling came from the gel*A few things I learned after using it the first time:-Less gel is more. I had to use a Qtip to scoop out the gel that overflowed from the trays when i put them in-I recommend you do a short session first or at least set a timer so you know how long this is on.-This stuff should not get all up on your gums. I was stupid and filled my trays too full and the gel got all over my gums. They are not sore and tender. Almost like I ate too spicy or too hot foods.-If you goof like me and get it on your gums then some warm black tea should help sooth them. Also eat softer foods as harder things will obviously be more painful to eat. And stay away from acidic or spicy foods for a day or so.

Second purchase 2024:I used to love this product and gave 4 star back in 2018 (please see review from then below). I purchased again this year because it was time for whitening again. I was very disappointed. Idk if they changed the formulation or just old, whitening gel is not GEL. It is LIQUOD. So when I place “gel” on mouthpiece, it does not adhere to the mouthpiece and drip out almost immediately. Not only that, it only whiten half of my top teeth because that’s where liquid puddle/remain. On bottom teeth, it did nothing because all “gel” drip and did not stay on teeth or in mouthpiece. Now I have to deal with gradient teeth. I am very disappointed because I used to like this one. I want refund for sure!Review from 2018 (gave 4star)I had been using this for a month or so. I drink a lot of coffees and teas everyday and I originally have yellow-Ish teeth but this seems like helping to whitening! Everyone told me that I have bright teeth as a heavy coffee drinker! As I use it for a while, I start having tingly sensation on my bottom teeth. I don’t know why but might tingle your teeth or gum a bit. But works!

Used 2 times in 3 days. The directions sound so time consuming but literally boil a small thing of water, dip, pop in and form and squish. Let set a few minutes and drop small beads of the solution at the bottom. Good to go with 15 minute session. This was simple. I loved the color chart they send also to compare. I cant see any big WOW but my teeth went from dull to a lil white sheen. I believe there is still a lot of time for progress. I did get a little solution on my gums. It did irritate it but that's because I went against the rules and didnt wipe it off. The 2nd application, I did immediately with no after effects. The one thing I did not enjoy, was the solution setting and slowly I would feel it creep out of the tray and foam up. I felt like a drooling fool and maybe 5 different times would have to spit it out of my mouth during the session so it didnt leak out the sides. Of course it dosent taste good. I also use a water pick to spray off any leftover solution at the end.

the chart helps you identify how white your teeth are to start so you can keep track of your progress. i use the led light with the other whitening teeth strips i have. would recommend for the price
