Got this for my son who is due to start studying Romeo and Juliet at GCSE level next year. This book is a brilliant introduction for him and has really helped with his introduction to Sheakspeare.

Guides you through the basics about Romeo and Juliet. My 12 year old found it appropriate. But please remember that there are different versions of Romeo and Juliet. The full play reference which relates to this book is at the back of the book. However, it may be different to the classic Romeo and Juliet and the movie, but the basics are the same . Overall very well written and easy to follow. Good initial introduction to Romeo and Juliet.
