It was very easy to set up and does just as good quality printing as the really expensive printers. This one is a lot more affordable, and does just as good of a job.

took a longer back & forward to set up than I expected, but once it was finally done setting up for the correct size labels, had no problems since.Loses a star though for the beeper letting you know it's out of labels.... as the only way to turn the alarm off is to feed more paper immediately, or unplug it.

Works great just no instructions on how to make it print there is no label software with it. Does not tell u how to setup using Ebay or USPS to print the labels. But works great I'm using to print address labels only.

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I ordered this printer thinking it would be worth the price and the ink wouldn’t print on the labels. I even go thermal printing paper and it still did not work. It also doesn’t give you any set of instructions on how to set it up on your computer. Now I don’t even know if I can even get a full refund. Sad.

I somehow had 2 copies of the printer and all downloaded and did not realize it. Once I found that it worked fine.

You have to connect to a computer.I’ve had issues with it since day one and now i’m looking to sell it to invest in a better one.

Since printer was purchased I have printing issue. it stop during printing, like the roller seems hard to feed labels.
