If you love Valdani threads, but find them a bit pricey, then you should give this thread a try. It's way cheaper and does a great job for wool applique. Unlike floss, there are no strands to separate either.It comes in solids and variegated.

All the blended colors in this pack are 100% cotton and are easy to work with. The colors are vibrant and there are many variations. The container will hold many more sulky threads. It is plastic, but works well and stores easily.

Loved the colors but was surprised how little was in the box. For those wondering what colors you get I included a picture.

I bought these to add some dimension to my cross stitching. I am very happy with these threads. Am using them on a 40 ct fabric linen at the moment with no problems. Blends are beautiful. No problem with knotting or twisting.

I’ve never used Sulky thread for cross stitch before and I’m so glad I took the chance. I only need to use one strand and the colours are fab. I love that there is a lot of threads and different shades in this box and it’s well worth the investment. There is also extra space for me to expand my collection in the box. Which is great because I certainly will be buying more.

Loved it. So sad that brick and mortar stores cannot compete with pricing at Amazon. One spool of this thread was $6 at a cloth store and this whole set of $30 was only $50 thru Amazon plus the case.

I bought the first set of Sulky threads of 66 colors with14 blendables. Very nice set. The second set I ordered was just the blendables. They are nice BUT duplicate many of the colors in the first set. To me, this set is just not worth the price . It's okay but definitely a pretty expensive set to pay for duplicates. I doubt I will use many of the blendable colors because I prefer earth tones and not striking blues/pinks... I believe what I am paying for is the plastic case which is mostly empty after putting the duplicate together in my first case. I would have been further ahead to purchase the Sulky Petites individually at 1-2-3 Stitch. Lesson learned.When this set arrived, I fully expected the case to be broken. It was not packaged well at all and the box was 3x the size it should have been. The case was flopping around inside without any support, the corners of the cardboard box were caved in, so not much care was given during shipment.I wanted to be as honest as possible with this review and hopefully it will guide future purchasers. 14 additional blendable colors is just not worth $$$.

Beautiful colors, quality threads, use for sewing wool applique mostly.

I am using this for cross stitch and it works great. Lovely colours and a great storage case.
