Do not buy this item outside of prime unless you want a docked price of more than 20%. The hair was severely itchy and broke my scalp out, I requested a return and read the return policy on the purchase and it only said 20% will be take off which was fine. I paid over $40 and got back $20 because it was outside of the packaging that they put it in, but now outside of the original package itself. I had also returned a different color which i had bought on prime the same way and got the full refund backup
