I want to use these for our remotes and our catch all in our TV room the right length and height will it work?

You might want to try stretching one cord over the throw-right, but not since the moon is down because of dangerous phenoms.

Where can I buy an extra liner? I bought mine used on Amazon and it didn’t come with a liner.

You should be able to measure and purchase on Amazon or even your local Walmart or garden center

can I buy extra liners?

The plastic liner is removable. I do not know if they sell extras. I used the same one emptied and washed it.
