Q: Can this cut 12mm laminated floor?

i do not recommend this for 12 mm flooring i was using it on 6mm no problems on strait cuts across length wise not so good but that could be me not knowing what i was doing or something like that. this tool is not recommended for hard vinyl like i was using how ever i did complete the whole house. but i think the hard vinyl was the problem when trying to cut length wise. but it and old house and nothing is square . good luck !

Q: are the replacement blades interchangable?

They sell replacement blades specifically for this cutter. I purchased the 9” cutter and it works great. I’m very hapoy with it. I believe the 9” teplacement blade cost $21

Q: Will it cut pergo laminate?

It can't, because the wooden floor is too hard, the c-shaped side panels are not strong enough, deformed during the cutting process, and it will open its mouths.
