Did what was needed
Having a daughter that struggles to communicate her feelings at times, these were recommended to us. Whilst there are some that didn't apply to her in the set (toilet/hungry etc) the emotion ones were. They come on an openable ring clip so we took out the irrelevant ones and put them in an order she was comfortable with. The elastic Keyring is fine for adult use but as she was wearing them at school and home we attached them to a lanyard. That was everyone could see at a glance how she was feeling and approach her if it was not a positive one in order to help her verbalise it more. Despite a big eye roll from me at the start, they did seem to help and as I've said give a visual insight to help her communicate them. However, when she got bored she would often play with them or reorganise them causing distraction to those around her. She also soon got bored of using them and would not wear them. Overall they are good cards but I think there should be a set purely for emotions rather than containing full non verbal cards as I can't be the only one in need of those specific cards. But that is literally just my feeling on it.

Absolutely perfect!
I bought this for my 8 year old with additional needs and they have been so valuable to him, especially when he's having a tough time. He takes them to school and he has found showing the correct card so much easier than trying to describe what he's feeling. He loses a lot of things but he keeps these safely in his coat pocket so he always knows where they are

Helpful
These cards are very helpful, but definitely not very sturdy as a few have broken off from the keyring as they are card and not laminated
