Helps with teeth and mouth issues

Just okay product
I found this oil to be more of a coconut oil. While rinsing it feels it feels mild. Would have loved if they would have added a better proportion of clove and cinnamon oil to it.

Don’t go for it.
I tried this over a month and it honestly is bad for your teeth. It leaves stains and does not taste well over time. It even causes swelling if you are allergic to some ingredients. Coconut oil is a great alternative for oil pulling.

Taste is pungent
This is not very greatI think plain cold pressed coconut oil is best for oil pulling purposesThis one has clove etc but the overall taste and flavour is bad. Smells rancid
