So nice I bought it twice
Bought one of these dispensers for our motorhome. Easy to attach to wall with screws and bracket provided. Easy to load cups. Great to keep cupboards free and everyone can reach the cups. Fabulous, quality product and somewhat adjustable for different cup sizes, using internal brackets. Be sure to follow the recommendations for cup size range when ordering. I quickly bought a second dispenser so I have one for regular (Solo) cups and one for thermal (Dixie) cups. Yes, they are pricey but everything else I tried was so cheaply made they didn't work or quickly broke.

Works well with BJ's Wholesale version of Solo cups
We had eliminated our traditional water fountain at work and installed a point of use water dispenser. Needless to say not everyone remembers their container every day... so we installed this to provide them with cups. Overall it works great, but would have liked to have seen a slot or hole to see how low/ full you are of cups. Other than that, install was easy and cups install easy and it does properly dispense one by one and holds a full stack without issue.

It needs adjustment
It is a little tricky to adjust so cups don’t fall and single cups pull out easily

Fits 16 oz. red cups.
Fits the red 16 ounce cups from walmart. My cups have a rim diameter of just over 3 3/4"..but not quite a 16th of an inch over 3 3/4". The NW-101 is too big for my cups, this one fits. The tube diameter adjusts to fit the cup diameter and is secured with 4 small bolts and wing nuts. No springs or fingers to adjust, you squeeze the loosened tube around a stack of cups ( above the embossed protrusions on the inside of tube), and tighten the 4 wing nuts. The same bolts and wing nuts also function to secure the mounting brackets to the tube ( 2 bolts per mounting bracket). The mounting brackets are stout. The only shortfall in design is that the alignment of the tube secured side of the mounting brackets may not align with the wall secured side of the mounting bracket after adjusting the tube diameter, and require some readjustment.

Looks just like a retro Dairy Queen cup dispenser!
You must adjust the wing screws on the back with your cups in to adjust the size correctly and now it looks just like the Dairy Queen dispensers from the 1960's!
