One of the best neck pillow in market. However i found the pillow cover is not as per the pillow measurements. It takes effort to fit it inside the cover. I have similar product bought from airport duty free and that has no issue like this. You will get it for same price at airport duty free i suggest buy from there.

The support is effective. Also in warm whether there is not much sweating

The cushion knob was broken and the product is of no use.

The clip to attach the strings broke on first use rendering the product un useable. wrote to customer care for support. No response till date. After paying a huge price for a neck pillow not worth at all.

Very dissapointed with the damaged product I recieved in a poor packaging unexpeected when you pay about 5000 for a neck rest... also very dissapointed with the delay in return process and with no show on pick up scheduled date. Anyway I was adamant and registered proper complain and made sure they pick up or initate my money return process. My first bad experience... the cabeau product is okay but not great as I hoped. So please be careful... 🙏🏼

It was too stiff and bulky and did not fit around my neck comfortably. It is also heavy and very difficult to push back into it's case. Not worth the high price. You get better ones for a more reasonable price.

It has barely any structural support to hold your neck up. It's so irritating to wear as a result. It really affects your ability to wear wireless blue tooth headphones.

Very portable and light weight. Great neck support for long-haul flights. Worked well with headphones on. Never felt too warm with the incorperated ventilation. Also doubled as a very good lumbar support.

Un abismo de diferencia versus las almohadas tradicionales en forma de C. Se compacta fácilmente para ser transportado sin hacer bulto. Súper cómodo y da un excelente soporte al cuello. Lo recomiendo.
