We have a covered porch but I was still worried that our TV could get wet when some strong storms came through. We've had this TV cover for a couple weeks and it has worked out great. It is easy to put on and take off and it has done a superb job of protecting our TV from the couple of storms that we have already had in the past month. Highly recommend this product!

Works as advertised, easy to install over the TV, and provides generous tolerance. The zippers are of good quality and do make the installation very easy. The material is water resistant, with a soft inner lining.

Great option for covering your tv, either outdoor or indoor. I used it to protect a 42" Tv in a kiosk a have in my garden, the fit is perfect not too tight neither loose. It does a better job protecting from dust than water. If your tv is completely in the outdoors it probably wont resist a hard winter storm. It works for a light breeze, but the material quality wont stand a hard storm.

Perfect fit for out 39" Vizio TV. The material is super durable and seems to be waterproof, or at least highly water resistant Further, the interior is really soft (to protect the TV). I'd highly recommend it others for outdoor use. One caveat, our screened sunroom is covered, so the TV cover has not been exposed to rainfall, so I'd use caution in that scenario. That said, it has been exposed to various temperature extremes and seems to be just as soft and pliable regardless of the outdoor temperature.

I liked this cover a lot except for three things, the fit, the control pocket is on the inside of the cover and the bottom of the cover is open and does not completely close. The cover itself is heavy duty and soft on the inside to protect the TV and I liked this part of the product; however, since this cover fits 40-43 inch TVs, for my 40 inch, the cover was bulky and didnt look like it fit the TV right.I purchased a new one that Velcro's closed at the bottom and has the remote pocket on the outside of the cover and is specific for a 40 inch TV so fits much more snug and cleanly.

UPDATED 5 STAR POST:Shortly after posting this review (see below), I was contacted by Direct Mart who discussed with me their concern for the quality of the product and how it had underperformed. They then went on to say that the covers they sell now have been revamped from my previous version (purchased late 2012) and that the new product should yield much better results than the original. They sent me a new one free of charge and I can say that it is beefed up moreso than the last one. The last one felt like a poor rain coat liner exterior (pretty much clothlike), but this new one feels much more rubberized (read: element and weatherproof) and is thicker than the original which hopefully yields more protection.It is a rare occurrence these days when a company stands behind their product to the degree that Direct Mart has in replacing the defective unit in refund and even went as far to ask for the original cover back so that they could see what sort of issues I had alluded to previously. I didn't ask for any of that to happen and I just figured I was out, with a lesson learned sort of thing, but with the way Direct Mart handled themselves, on their own, to see that a customer was satisfied, you can bet I will be coming back to them for future business!ORIGINAL 1 STAR POST:I am not usually one to make reviews until I have fully tested out a product, and well I guess after 9 months, its been tested, and it has failed miserably.The shipping was quick and the product seemed good enough for a while with being installed over a 42-in TV on my outdoor covered deck. This cover has probably been removed and put back on a total of a dozen times over the past 9 months, so really, very little use or abuse. It does not get exposed to direct sunlight or any kind of moisture (Central CA) but I really wanted a decent TV cover so that lawn clippings and dust don't get into my TV.This past 4th of July, I go to remove the TV cover and the entire inside of the cover with the "no scratch" fabric has completely disintegrated and has left thousands (no exaggeration) of 1/2 centimeter length thread looking white lint crappings all over the TV screen, and worse, over the perforated back cover where I am sure they are in there and will inevitably cause damage to the electronics.Not thrilled. Don't waste your money and buy something with a little better quality. You and your TV will be happy you did.

Very poor fit on a 42" TV. About 4" too large on the length and 3" on the height. There is also an huge 18" opening at the bottom of the cover that cannot be closed! Living in Arizona we get a lot of dust storms and that opening makes this cover anything but "dust proof." I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because the material does seem durable and the felt lining is a nice touch. Returning as this is does not function for me, nor does it look appealing given that it's oversized.

Great tv cover. We use it over our tv in our screened in pool area. It hasn't got mold on it yet. We have had it for 1 year now. The zippers still work great. It is easy to put on and take off. Great buy and has saved our tv. It still looks brand new after 1 year in the Florida heat!
