I have always had problems with Samsung's battery life, and it is a fact that Samsung has a very bad customer service. I am an Apple person but for my VR system I have a Windows android Laptop, and when you have such an awesome king as Razer Blade advanced RTX3080 laptop having an android phone is important, and so far Note 20 5g ultra and Note 10 are problematic in the battery situation. Again, Amazon's rep are willing to help but may that day not come that you are in need of Samsung's help. The only department that is acting great in Samsung is the sales department!

First of all this is a nice looking and does not add much bulk. Charging port is very easy to get open and bigger to accept different size cords compared to other waterproof cases. Buttons are awsome on is. Easier then phone with no case at all. Sound is very clear and loud for a sealed case. I did not try to see if the case was actually waterproof i only bought to protect against rain storms. Finger print sensor works great on this, reviews that say it does not work are not following directions. The only thing i did not like about phone is that it is very noisey to text on. Sounds like hitting small drum. I contacted seller about this and they sent a new phone the next day. I did not try the new case but will update review when i do. But you really cant go wrong with case if u are lookimg for a sealed case

I wasn't impresses out of the box, but once I cleaned the greasy fingerprints off and got it on my phone, I do like the case. I have broken the front screen twice with liquid glass on for protection. I have also broken the back camera cover once. Phone is no longer water resistant. One drop into the toilet and 5 days in rice and my phone is working again. After all that I ordered this case. I think it will be good.

I got this for my wife's phone that we just got as a replacement for the previous one she broke. The back cover is the same thin plastic cover that covers the front display through which the display must sense touch to the screen. As a result of this thin cover that affords almost no protection, she has a crack across the back of her phone less than 3 weeks from getting her new phone. I thought this would be a good idea since it is water proof, she drops it more than she gets it wet, so this was probably not a good choice.

I bought this for my friend as we were going on a cruise and wanted a more durable water resistant phone cover. This thing is definitely durable and was water resistant. But the side buttons did not work AT ALL! We kept having to take it out to adjust the volume when we were listening to music or when she was on the phone. I purchased a different one, looking to see what the differences were out there, that was the same durability with better button access. I say find a better option!

Fingerprint reader doesn't work on mine, other than that did its job protecting the screen and phone from my clumsy self.

I recommend this item… this item is for a Samsung galaxy note 20… i’ve had other cases before but this one is better so far by far.. it protects the pen and they charge port.. comes with a hen Leonard… overall so far it is a good case… do not drop my phone much or chuck it or what have you bought it’s durable enough for me within reason… in fact I plan on getting another case in the near future.. just for back up I’ve only had it for a few months but it’s working so far so good..

I like the case, it looks nice and I enjoy being able to see the phones color through it. The buttons are easy to push and phone is pretty snug and secure.Now warning ⚠️... make sure you put 3 scans of the same finger that you want to use. The case makes it very difficult to use but after that it is fine. Also, after one open of the S Pen Port, it won't stay closed. It keeps popping open( also very difficult to get the pen out if you have big hands like myself). Which is kind of important to the waterproof aspectGoing to see if I can exchange the case, maybe it is just a singular instance kind of thing.
