the mattress came in fast and puffed up fully within a day. its super comfortable i barley even feel when my hubby gets out of bed or flops to another side. it doesnt move like my other mattress did and actually stays on the box spring. my back and his both feel a thousand times better with this mattress its well worth the moneyUPDATE**** It's been over a year we've had this mattress it's still amazing the only downside is you have to turn it every 6 months or you'll start creating divots in the bed in your shape. still can't feel my hubby move unless he's throwing himself

Very easy to figure out! my dog did lay on it before 48hr & there's a very small difference in how it filled out but that's not the products fault lol. extremely comfy, i really like the balance of firm/squishy. iv had drinks on my bed and forgot they were there & me getting ip & jumping back in didn't knock any over! a good bed for a good price.

I tried to order a different bed online and it was so bad. So, I was super scared to order this one. Fortunately for me, this bed is great. The bed took a while to expand but it did expand to its full size. The bed is soft and comfy. The bed also fits my full frame perfectly. Overall, I recommend buying this bed. I can't believe how cheap it was and what great quality it is.

Although I had already typed this review twice already and submitted it and have seen it live on here, Amazon feels the need to keep emailing me that I need to leave a review for it so this is my final review of the bed after owning it for a few months:Item arrived quickly and was easy to unpack and set up. The mattress itself was almost in full shape after being out in my room for four hours, however my room is above a boiler so it's very warm in here which probably aided in the quick setup. The first night on this bed was amazing to say the least! I was having issues with tossing and turning and I was always having upper back pain. With this bed, I have not had much for aches and pains and I can actually sleep the whole night through. I'm 5'11 @165 pounds and this bed is very firm and I do not sink down far at all - which I love. So far I have not had any issues with it and it has held its shape and comfortness this whole time. Would highly recommend and I would most def. buy again.

I have been sleeping on this for a month now and I am beyond happy with it. It is a little more firm than I expected but molds to you body perfectly. It was agreat choice!!UPDATE: I have had this for 6 months and still just as good as when I bought it!!!!UPDATE: It's been a full year now and STILL love it!!

The mattress comes shipped in a box, I didn’t have any issues with the shipping, in fact it came a day early which was Great, because it gave me time to get rid of my old one. Also it comes rapped in a thick double layer of plastic, so you don’t have to worry about stuff getting on your mattress,should anything damage the box itself . The only draw back is that you need to give the mattress time to expand once you fully unpack it, which can take any where from 24 to 72 hours, according to the instructions , which is annoying in itself, but worth the wait, the bed is extremely comfortable!

I researched--a lot--before deciding on a mattress, and I ultimately chose this one because I trusted the product description and the claims made by the company. What a mistake.First False Claim: The mattress claims to have a "cooling" foam on top. It absolutely DOES NOT. I scanned the mattress with a handheld thermometer after sleeping on it, and it registered 90 degreees F. That is FAR from "cooling." No wonder I toss and turn all night!Second False Claim: The mattress is 10 inches in height. Even after allowing my mattress to rise for the full 48 hours, it still has not risen to its full height, and the edges all remain sunken in, unlike the perfect 90-degree angles in the product photos.Third False Claim: The mattress claims to be comfortable. I upgraded to this from what i considered *the* most uncomfortable spring mattress I'd ever slept on, and now I'm starting to think this one is even worse. Despite a proper bed frame (that the product listing claims isn't even necessarry--yeah, right), I sink directly to the middle and the "memory foam" does not "bounce back" to its original shape like it's supposed to. This already feels like an old, worn mattress with no comfort or support whatsoever.Now, I'm stuck trying to determine a way to re-package a Full mattress so it will fit in a box for a return. Amazon chat's advice? "Bubble wrap it." Come On. I've reached out to the company, Snug Home, for their advice. I will update here if I receive an adequate response.

I was skeptical about the whole mattress in a box thing but I'm so glad I went for it. The mattress appeared to be fully expanded after about 6 hours but I waited the full 24 hours just to be on the safe side. It is so soft but at the same time firm and supportive. My old mattress caused me alot of neck and back pain. It's only been a day but I can already feel the difference in my neck and back. I am laying on the mattress as I'm writing this and I don't want to get up 🤣😍. I think I've said "this is so freaking comfortable" about 50 times today lol.
