This contactor is well built and works as expected. I used it in a remotely controlled dust collector switch. I actuated the coil using a cheap remote control switch made by Woods and let the contactor do the heavy lifting to turn on and off the blower motor. This device definitely makes an audible click when actuated but I would say that is a good thing. Making or breaking the connection is definite and with gusto.

This replaced one that failed suddenly after 5 years in service.Note there are no wiring diagrams, so you need to understand how relays work. And be sure you're buying the right voltages on each side of your switch. E.g., for a 240V well you might need to pull a neutral.

These things are great for controlling high power devices. Input/output terminals have several male Faston connectors which can be removed if you need a single larger screw terminal.

Works great for my Solar Storm 16R tanning bed. Replacing the original controller with this unit quieted the loud buzzing sound the tanning bed was making. Easy to install.

This appears to be a high quality and well made item. It does exactly what I needed, allowing on/off control of a high-load current using any simple low capacity remote switch or timer.
