These plates are far more durable that even the newer treated paper plates, You can cut a steak on them without cutting through the plate. I like that they are the smaller 9" rather than the 10 1/2", because it looks like you are getting more food...I am forever dieting. Plus the price is more reasonable in bulk, too. I am getting up in age myself, and sometimes I am just not able to wash so many dishes,.... so voila! Here is the answer. These are also great for sandwiches and chips, but I generally use the paper ones for that, since they are cheaper. I am pleased with this purchase, and I will probably order these again.Pros:These bowls are a lot cheaper than most other disposable paper bowls.They are better than styrofoam because you can use them in the microwave.Thick enough plastic to get the job done.A lot of bowls store easily in a small space.Cons:I just wish they were a little larger. I can live with that for such an awesome price. I filled a bowl to the top with water and then measured and it was almost exactly 1 and a half cups.I hope that helps.

Don't be confused these are very small bowls, I thought they were big enough to eat cereal out of, but they are more for dipping sauces and mixing/prepping ingredients in. They are sturdy and a great value though for 100 of them!

I purchased these for a small serving of treats while watching tv. Perfect size but hardly heavyweight or sturdy but they work fine for a handful of pretzels, popcorn or grapes. Ice cream would be way too heavy. I have (gently and carefully) washed them to extend their use. I would buy them again.

One time, I've accidentally order the wrong size bowl for the office so my boss told me to just take it home. Which was a great idea cause we love using it for dipping sauce. I bought them for my babyshower for sweet fishsauce dip for Springs Roll and Eggrolls was a hit!!! And it hold enough liquid and sturdy for dipping. I would definitely buy these things again!!!

I use these to feed my two cats twice a day.. They are great - economical and disposable. Plenty sturdy for my purpose. We throw some people food in them once in a while, too. Just saves washing a dish

I bought these bowls for my cats food, I didn’t realize just how tiny they were, ( note don’t purchase if you have a dog )They are sturdy and cute and 100 bowls for under $9 isn’t bad . You can even wash and reuse them if you choose to.

We use these bowls to mix my toy poodle 's food. He is 9 lbs and 9 years old. The disposable bowl fits perfectly inside his food dish. We mix up dry and wet food in the dish along with his daily medication. Highly recommend for feeding pets. Also would be great for an ice cream social.
