the product looks good and sturdy no complains there
So , the product looks good and sturdy no complains there. But now, mabey it's just me . No battery , no piece inside the head.. man this is Return and for some reson I got it.. so sad. I'm returning it. We all want to ship on line but mabey going back in the store is still worth it.

Not as advertised - plus recevied one with water inside the unit
I don't know what is going on with these but the unit looks very similar but is NOT as advertised. First, there is not a manual over-ride on the one I received which was my exact reason to order this one. Next, when I lifted the main unit imagine my surprise to have water flow out...yep - water. The unit itself is substantial in weight and looks great but does NOT have the manual over-ride (at least the unit I rece'ved) and seems to have been previously returned. Quite unhappy.
