Softcup is a flexible cup that is worn internally, around your cervix. It collects, rather than absorbs menstrual flow. It's hypo-allergenic, latex-free and completely safe when used as directed. With the Softcup, women can now live life during that time of the month without the restrictions and inconvenience of pads and tampons!

Great product for heavy flow women-best success of removal at home though
I just tried these and they are definitely huge. I am petite (5'4" 115 lbs.) and had 2 C-sections; unfortunately have very heavy flow for 2-3 days of period in my 40s. If you make sure the plastic cup part remains underneath the top ridge while sliding in-I slide it almost sideways rather than "up" using both hands until I let it expand up at the cervix- you would not have leaks. I noticed like another person on here that you HAVE to slide in far enough to cover the area-then had NO drops all day which for me is a blessing versus changing the "usual" every 2 hours. Note: it is true that it looks like slasher film when you remove if you are a "heavy flow" person so DON'T remove in public! I'm trying the silicone cups online (reusable) for part of time but using these at home or locally when I work since they were quite comfortable when inserted correctly and I can do everything I need to without the worry of embarrassment if someone stops by or need to run couple errands for those few awful days!

I love these! I haven't used anything else in 5 yrs. If you're having issues with leakage then you haven't pushed it far back enough.

Great idea
This product is fantastic, especially for sex when menstruating. They are easy to get in and easy to get out, just don't forget they're there.

pretty useless
They were waaay too big, hard to insert completely, and, when you finally smash it in there, it doesn't work all that well. It leaked after about 45 minutes of sitting still. The second time I tried it, the same thing happened and it leaked everywhere when I was removing it (my hand looked like it had been in a slasher film). Maybe if it was my size and wasn't so awkward to remove, I'd consider using it...
