2.3 Gallon Glass Beverage Dispenser with Easy Flow Spigot

This dispenser is great. With the infuser, I intend to put fresh pineapple and mint leaves to add to my sun-tea--sure to be a hit at any brunch, party or event. The glass is thick, so there's no worry it'll chip or break easy. I like that even the lid is glass--no cracking with age or mold growing potential. The thick, all-glass construction is exactly why I chose this dispenser out of all the choices out there. I like the "forever-ness" of all glass. The only thing I can think of that may be a "life-time" issue is the spigot because it is plastic. However, I think the quality of the thickness of the glass of this dispenser will warrant purchasing an additional spigot if the day ever arises that I need to replace it.

I was looking for a large beverage dispenser with an ice insert for a large party I was hosting. I live in Florida and plan to have many outdoor, on the lanai events. I spent a lot of time, on-line, looking at products and reviews. What drew me to this one was that it was glass, as many reviews for plastic beverage dispensers cautioned that use of citrus or citrus liquids would etch the plastic and make it cloudy. (A lot of the plastic dispensers show fruit and fruity drinks in the photos, which is misleading.) I hosted my first party. The beverage dispenser worked perfectly. It is heavy when empty and very heavy when full. I mixed my punch and put it in a couple of pitchers to keep it cold in the refrigerator ahead of the event. The empty dispenser is heavy enough that you want to put in in the place you are going to use it before filling it. (It needs to be in a place near the edge of a surface with enough room to fill a cup underneath.) I used the ice insert with crushed ice, which is what the instructions call for. The crushed ice was still icy and only partially melted four hours later. The spigot worked perfectly. The punch was a hit!This would be a five star product if it had a longer ice insert. This is a large dispenser and when the liquid gets low, there is appx. four inches of space at the bottom that is no longer on ice, staying cold. The only option to keep it cold is to add more beverage, above the ice insert. That also means you will always have left over punch. A small design change to make the ice insert longer would fix this.The only other thing that would make this dispenser near perfect is to have an optional sturdy stand, to elevate the beverage dispenser and allow it to be centered on a surface rather than near an edge. (Glass containers full of liquid near the edge of a counter can be hazardous!)In closing, I read most of the other product reviews, so I have chosen not to repeat much of the information found in them. It is safe to say I agree with the positive reviews found here. I paid full price and received nothing other than a beverage dispenser for this review.

I bought 2 of these for an event, but the spout on one began to leak a ton when I went to use it for only the 2nd time. I really liked them and how they held a lot and you could infuse fruit or ice in the beverage but what good is it if they at least don't last for a while. They should be able to withstand some usage and the spout being turned on and off quite a bit. The spout is just poorly made and unreliable. Too bad but I wouldn't order again. It's not like it got used on a consistent basis and got worn over a long period of time. The time frame between the 1st and 2nd use was about 3 months so unfortunately it's too late now to return it.

There was a huge and painful defect in my dispenser. As I took the product out of the box and prepared to wash before using I was cut in three places and blood was everywhere. Near the spout there was an EXTREMELY sharp piece of glass sticking out (see pictures). I was cut on three fingers and one cut was so deep it would not stop bleeding for 10 mins. It was awful. I was excited about this product and then hugely disappointed that it made it through quality control and into a box without anyone noticing this! Really?!?! No eyes caught this?? Pretty ridiculous and says a lot about the company in general. It is now back in the box with a return shipping label on it. I thought about getting the same and new one but have decided I will absolutely not support this company. Bummer.

It just arrived. I was not aware that you could not use the fruit diffuser and the ice holder at the same time. You have to choose whether you want to infuse it with fruit, or keep the cold. Since I am only using it for lemon water, however I decided to put the lemon slices in the actual picture itself and then use the ice container to keep it cold. This does NOT fit in my refrigerator, which is very disappointing… That was the original reason I bought it… Not sure why they don't list the dimensions... it's about 15 inches tall and 8 inches wide. The spout is pretty flimsy compared to the very durable seeming container it's self. Not sure I would buy it again... however, if you are using it for entertainment purposes only, it looks pretty

My family loves this Lansh glass beverage dispenser! It is well made and very pretty. We use every day in our kitchen. We filter our drinking water through an RO System and needed a container to hold the water. We've used pitchers in the past, but this is so nice because it holds over 2 gallons of water. The container sits on our counter and gets frequent use. We have never had any problems with the spigot or leaks of any kind. During the holiday we used it for Sangria. It was perfect! I recommend this product and would definitely buy it again!

Hard to exchange spout but rest is great

Beautiful container, sturdy, nice functioning spout. Came well packed, has a strainer we used to add strawberries and peaches to our tea. This helped make our Christmas party for 30 a hit, we got several compliments and we didn't run out of tea.
